The Endeavour Advantage Claims Platform has just become that bit more powerful thanks to a range of new functionality.
Particularly designed to benefit third party authorities and Canadian coverholders, Advantage is a single data entry platform that allows claims to be processed directly into London’s central systems – removing the costs associated with duplications and delays.
“Canadian coverholders can now benefit from Advantage’s ability to import premium data reports, as the system recognises whether premium or policy data is already available, and allows coverholders to draw in key information (from the premium data listed) into the claim,” a release said.
“This functionality also includes a staging area to review and check before data is committed to the system, while any issues or errors with data are reported.”
“We have been delighted with the update of this technology from our clients to date, with many demonstrations still in the pipeline,” explained Endeavour support services director Sarah Newman (pictured). “Feedback from users has been very positive so far, with Advantage praised as ‘revolutionary’ by some people.

In addition, the firm noted that a more powerful defined reporting tool for Advantage is currently under development, and it will include predictive elements.
