Theinsurance Institute of Quebec and the Council of professionals in financial services (CDPSF) are a partnership in order to expand their offering of training for all professionals in the insurance and financial services of Canada.
«The two organizations are complementary. It will be simpler for firms in life insurance and other types of financial services and for firms in damage insurance, » explained the Journal of insurance, the director-general of theinsurance Institute of Quebec, Julie Saucier.
The president and chief executive officer of the Council of professionals in financial services, Mario Gregory, believes that this alliance will improve the training continues. «The training is a vector of gathering. We need to work together to disseminate good practice and offer to all professionals in financial services in Quebec and the other provinces, a content which corresponds to the highest standards of the industry. «
The details are still to come
Ms. Saucier noted, however, that the details of the covenant have not yet been agreed upon. «We’re going to meet in the coming weeks to enter into details. They will be communicated in the coming months. «
The two organizations will not create a single platform for the time being, but Julie Saucier does not exclude such a possibility in the long term.
