Uniban Canada is pursuing its strategy of growth

After completing the acquisition of the banner Go! Glass & Accessories, as well as the renewal of its agreement with Intact, Uniban Canada is continuing its momentum. The soiciété, one of the leaders in automobile glass, just to acquire Star Auto Glass, a banner that specializes in the repair and replacement of windshield.

Uniban Canada, franchisor of the brands VitroPlus, UniglassPlus, Go! Glass & Accessories and Ziebart in Canada, has thus strengthen its position on the canadian market and particularly in the greater Toronto area. It adds 6 workshops and a fleet of mobile units already well-established in their respective markets.

Through this transaction, Uniban is increasing its network to more than 150 workshops and a number are already imposing more than 300 mobile units.

Agreement with Intact

In July last, Intact financial Corporation announced the renewal of its 5-year agreement with Uniban Canada. The insurer uses the technology platform for claims management of Uniban, to reduce operating costs, increase efficiency and productivity, and finally, to simplify the claims process for auto glass while improving the experience of its customers.
