Todd Cleary is a shareholder in the firm’s Employee Benefits Practice Group. Todd works extensively with retirement plans, such as ESOPs, pension, distinction sharing, 401(k), 403(b), 457, money balance, SIMPLE and SEP plans. Todd’s knowledge with gratification skeleton includes a pattern and correspondence of medical skeleton (including issues associated to ERISA, COBRA and HIPAA), wellness programs, cafeteria plans, incapacity skeleton (short-term and long-term), and organisation tenure life word plans. Todd has also worked with nonqualified deferred remuneration plans, mixed employer gratification arrangements (MEWAs), intentional worker advantage associations (VEBAs), and separation arrangements. In addition, Todd has knowledge operative with a IRS’ devise improvement program.
